My husband is out of work and we are desperate to do almost anything. He’s always on the computer sending out numerous resumes a day and he type’s well. There are so many advertisements for Data Entry and Transcription jobs where you can be self-employed. It sounds like a great thing until he can find steady employment but we’re worried about scams and need some advice.

I used to be a secretary and now I am a stay-at-home mum looking after my disability child. I want to look for typing reports work or any other jobs which enable me to work from home and earn extra cash to pay the bills. Where can I find them? Do they exist? Every website I visit seems to be scam. I even did the paid survey, didn’t see any money and it’s just a waste of time.

we live in the city and cannot afford 300 a week for someone to watch the baby. i need to watch him from home and i can type good. not like on this post though.

I would like to do some typing or data entry work in my spare time. I live in the Tyne and Wear area. I have my own laptop and email address. I don’t want to do anything that is commissioned based. I would like to do the work and get paid for the work that I do. No scams please.

I have recently relocated and had the perfect part time job. But now that my husbands schedule has changed and the kids are back in school I really can’t find any work to accomadate the hours I am available. I can type 80+ wpm and would like to be able to work from home. Though each time I look online it seems to be a scam, with the send $99. today and we can get you started. Does anyone have any ideas???

How can we get away from scam? People are even trying to scam me when i ask questions about money scams?

I asked a yahoo question about is a particular company a scam and people have been responding saying that they did it before and it is a scam and then providing me websites to more different types of scam to scam me some more. That is so cruel, especially with how the economy has no job and people can’t afford to be getting scammed at all, why is this happening? what has our world come to?

Why don’t consumer protection agencies in western cultures protect consumers from religious scams?

I mean, they protect consumers from every type of scam except religious scams, and religious scams are probably the most common type of scam and the probably most profitable. It’s almost as though consumer protection agencies have a “If you’re dumb enough to believe that nonsense, you deserve to get ripped off” attitude towards religious consumers; do you think this is how it is?

I have had contact from two posible job type scams. How do I find out and report to whom?

I have searched the internet & it always comes down to the prospective employer wanting money. I am temporarily disabled but need income & would like to find work typing from home. I am a good typist & have high speed internet access as well as numerous software programs. However, all I see on the internet appear to be scams. Is there any legit typing work at home?
